Building Better Data Systems Since 2018

We started because businesses were drowning in spreadsheets and disconnected systems. Seven years later, we're still solving the same fundamental problem—just with better tools and a lot more experience.

How This Actually Started

Back in 2018, our founder was consulting for a manufacturing company that couldn't track their inventory properly. They had five different spreadsheets, none of which agreed with each other. Sound familiar?

That project turned into three months of untangling data chaos. And honestly, it shouldn't have taken that long. But the experience taught us something: most businesses don't need fancy AI-powered solutions. They need someone who can organize their existing data in a way that actually makes sense.

So we stopped chasing the next big tech trend and focused on doing one thing well—helping companies get their databases in order. Sometimes that means building from scratch. Sometimes it means rescuing what's already there.

What Drives Our Work

These aren't corporate buzzwords. They're principles we actually use when making decisions about projects and clients.

No Unnecessary Complexity

If a simpler solution works, that's what we recommend. We've turned down projects because the client didn't actually need what they thought they wanted.

Honest Timelines

Database work takes time. We'd rather give you a realistic estimate upfront than promise quick results and disappoint you later.

Real Documentation

When we finish a project, you get proper documentation. Not just for us—for whoever maintains it after we're gone.

Long-Term Thinking

We build systems that can grow with your business. That means planning for future needs, not just solving today's problems.

Client Education

We explain what we're doing and why. You shouldn't need a computer science degree to understand your own database.

Practical Security

We implement security measures that actually protect your data without making systems impossible to use. Balance matters.

What We've Learned Along the Way

After working with over 80 businesses across Thailand, we've developed some hard-won expertise. Here's what consistently makes projects succeed:

  • Listen first, build second. We spend the first week just understanding how you currently work. The best database design comes from observing actual workflows, not assumptions.
  • Test with real data early. We prototype with your actual data, not sample datasets. Problems surface faster this way.
  • Plan for migration carefully. Moving from old systems to new ones is where most projects fail. We've developed a phased approach that keeps your business running throughout.
  • Train as you build. By the time we launch, your team already knows how to use the new system because they've been testing it for weeks.
  • Monitor after launch. The first month after going live is critical. We stick around to catch issues while they're still small.

How We Actually Work

Every project is different, but our general approach stays consistent. Here's what you can expect when working with us.

1

Discovery Phase

We spend time understanding your current systems, pain points, and business goals. This usually takes one to two weeks and involves talking to the people who actually use your data daily. No sales pitch—just questions and observation.

2

Design & Planning

Based on what we learned, we create a database architecture that fits your needs. You'll see wireframes, data models, and a realistic timeline. We present options with honest pros and cons for each approach.

3

Iterative Development

We build in stages, showing you working prototypes every two weeks. This way, if something isn't quite right, we catch it early. You're involved throughout, not just at the beginning and end.

4

Testing & Refinement

Your team tests the system with real scenarios while we handle any issues that come up. This phase often reveals workflow details we missed earlier. That's normal and expected—we build time for adjustments into every project.

5

Deployment & Training

We migrate your data carefully, usually outside business hours to minimize disruption. Training happens in small groups so people can ask questions. We provide reference materials your team can actually use later.

6

Post-Launch Support

The first 30 days after launch, we're closely monitoring performance and available for quick fixes. After that, we transition to regular maintenance with agreed response times for issues.

Working With Small Teams Has Its Benefits

We're not a massive agency with account managers and layers of communication. When you email us, you're talking to someone who actually works on your project.

Our team is small—currently six people—which means we're selective about the projects we take on. We need to genuinely believe we can help before we'll start. And if we think you'd be better served by a different solution or provider, we'll tell you.

This approach isn't for everyone. Some businesses want a big firm with dedicated account teams. That's fine. We're built for companies that value direct communication and want to work with the people doing the actual implementation.

If that sounds like what you need, let's talk about your database challenges. First conversation is always free, and there's no pressure to commit to anything.
